This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Chulair uses and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

A cookie (or equivalent technology, such as the browser's local storage) is a small file of information that a website stores on your device. They are used to make the website work, remember your preferences or measure usage. Some are essential and others require your prior consent.
Necessary for the service to work (without them you could not log in or use the app) or used to remember preferences you choose yourself (language, country). They are not used for advertising.

They allow us to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns on Google Ads (how many people arrive from an advertisement and register). In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they are only activated if you click "Accept" in the banner; if you reject them, they are not installed. In other regions they are on by default and you may opt out at any time (see section 5).

We use Google's Consent Mode v2: in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, advertising is denied by default until you give your consent; in other regions it is granted by default and you may withdraw it at any time.
In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you can accept or reject advertising cookies in the banner that appears when you enter. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time, as easily as you gave it, via "Cookie preferences": in the app, under Settings → Settings tab → Legal; when not signed in, via the link in the footer of the home page. Both reopen the banner so you can choose again. In other regions, where measurement is on by default, that same option serves as the opt-out mechanism; you may also configure your browser to block cookies or write to soporte@chulair.com. You can also manage Google's personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.
