Child Safety Standards

Chulair ("the app", operated by Javier Eliseo Población Fernández) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. For adults only

Chulair is a service exclusively for people aged 18 or over. It is not directed at minors and we do not allow their registration or use. By creating an account, the user confirms that they are 18 years old or older. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, we close it and delete its data.

2. Prohibited content

Any content that does the following is strictly prohibited and removed immediately:

• Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or promotes, normalizes or facilitates it.
• Shows, suggests or sexualizes minors in any way.
• Involves grooming, solicitation, sexual extortion or any exploitation of minors.
• Links to, advertises or redirects to child sexual abuse material on any platform.

3. How to report

Anyone can report content or behavior that violates these standards:

• Within the app: "My profile" menu → "Report abuse or content", a form that lets you submit the report without leaving the application.
• By email: abuso@chulair.com.

We handle reports with priority and confidentiality.

4. How we act against CSAE/CSAM

• Immediate removal of reported or detected content.
• Suspension and blocking of the accounts involved.
• Preservation of evidence and reporting to the competent authorities: the State Security Forces and Bodies in Spain, the reporting hotline of INHOPE and, where applicable, the NCMEC (CyberTipline).
• Preventive moderation: uploaded images are analyzed automatically (Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch) and those containing sexual or inappropriate content are rejected.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child protection legislation, including the Spanish Criminal Code, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the obligations to remove and report illegal content.

6. Point of contact

If you believe a minor is in immediate danger, contact 112 (emergencies) or your local authorities before contacting us.
